Cameron takes her rightful place in the WT Hall of Champions following an incredible career on the track for the Lady Buffs. She was a member of the 2017 NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championship squad, anchoring the 4x100m relay team that won the program's first relay National Title.  
 
The Bronx, New York native was a four-time First Team All-American and a six-time Lone Star Conference individual champion, still holding the program's top time in the 55m (7.05) registering eight of the top-ten times in the event. Cameron was a seven-time USTFCCCA All-Region honoree and the winner of the 2017 West Texas A&M President's Award.
 
Following her time at WT she served as an adoption worker in Amarillo before attending law school where she was recognized as the valedictorian and student speaker at the Florida A&M College of Law's 2022 Hooding Ceremony, graduating at the top of her class with summa cum laude honors from FAMU. Shanice currently practices as a corporate attorney in a prestigious law firm, her pro bono practice includes child permanency and immigration.
