Over his four-year collegiate playing career, spanning 1993-1996, Beau Brown registered 20 goals and eight assists.  As a freshman during the 1993 campaign he scored nine goals and added two assists, while as a senior in 1996, he tallied a team-high 16 points.
 
Following graduation, he was drafted by the Dallas Sidekicks in the fourth round of the 1997 World Indoor Soccer League draft, becoming the first player in WT soccer history to play professionally.
 
His professional career spanned the years 1997 thru 2001, playing for Dallas, Lafayette of the Easter Indoor Soccer League, Tampa Bay of the Major League Soccer and ultimately Utah of the World Indoor Soccer League.
 
Along the way, he earned all-EISL and all-WISL honors, was a rookie of the year finalist in 1997, as well as an all-league MVP finalist in 2000.
