CANYON, Texas – The West Texas A&M Buffs fired rounds of 295 and 286 on Monday as they sit third on the team leaderboard at the Houston Classic being played at the Golf Club of Houston.
 
Jose Rozas led the way for the Buffs as he sits tied for eighth overall with rounds of 69 and 74 for a 143 (-1). The sophomore of Spain registered eight birdies on the day with four coming in each round.
 
Central Oklahoma leads the way on the team leaderboard with a 569 (-7) to hold a nine-stroke lead over Harding (578, +2). Midwestern State's Seth Bearden holds a two-stroke lead (-6) over UCO's Baylor Bostick (-4) on the individual leaderboard.

Tuesday final round was suspended following a handful of holes due to weather so Round 3 was cancelled.
