Keely Chapman put TWU ahead in the 10th minute on a free kick just outside the penalty area. The Lady Buffs controlled possession but couldn't find the equalizer until the 62nd minute when
Asha James scored on a rebound. The sophomore needed just three more minutes to give WT the lead with a powerful low strike with her left foot.
Calista Cordero would make it 3-1 in the 74th minute as the senior beat her defender to
Maliyah Mendoza's cross into the area for her fourth of the season and third in the past two matches.
Reegan Heelan made all three of her saves in the second half as she improved to 4-3-0 in goal.
