HOW IT HAPPENED:

- No. 2 Indianapolis leads the 12-team filed with a 3-under 573 on rounds of 286 and 287 as the Greyhounds increased their lead in the second round of the championship with two rounds remaining for a 36-hole score of 573.
- No. 1 Nova Southeastern had a big day as well on Thursday as the Sharks carded a 292 and moved up three spots into second with a 588 score (296-292), while No. 3 Dallas Baptist sits third with a 591 score (290-301).
- Individually, the Greyhounds had three players shoot under par on Thursday as Kylie Raines took over the top spot with a 1-under 71 and is 3-under for the championship.Teammates Katerina Keilich and Paxton DeHaven are tied for second at 2-under for the championship, while first round leader Casey Wild of Tarleton State sits fourth at 1-under on rounds of 69 and 74.She is the lone TexAnn in the field.
- Nova Southeastern's Sophie Madden rounds out the top five at even par after a 1-under Thursday (73-71).
- For the Lady Buffs, sophomore Loukyee Songprasert leads the team as she is tied for 24th with rounds of 74 and 76 for a 150 score, while sophomore Holly Winter carded the best round on the team Thursday with a 74.Winter sits tied for 29th with a 151 score (77-74).
- Senior Mattye Mason is tied for 34th on rounds of 73 and 79 (152), while sophomore Jelina Fernando is tied for 57th on a pair of 79s and junior Kaylin Milholland is 69th with a 165 score on rounds of 83 and 82.
- WT will begin the third round at 8:45 a.m. and is paired with Grand Valley State and Augustana (S.D.).The pairing will begin on the back nine.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

- No. 4 and defending national champion Barry is fourth at 594 in the team standings, while there is a tie for fifth between No. 11 California Baptist and No. 20 Missouri-St. Louis at 597.
- No. 12 Grand Valley State and No. 23 Augustana are tied for seventh at 606, while WT is ninth (611) and No. 11 Rollins rounds out the top ten at 614.
- No. 27 Arkansas Tech is 11th at 623 and No. 50 Lindenwood sits 12th at 631.
- Mason leads the field in par 3 scoring at -3 for a 2.63 score, while Winter paces the team in par 4 scoring at +1 and a 4.05 clip.Fernando has been the best on the team in par 5 scoring at even par.
- For the championship, WT has 104 pars and 17 birdies, while Mason leads the team with 25 pars and Winter has notched four birdies to lead the team.
