CANYON, Texas – The Buffaloes of West Texas A&M open their 2024 spring schedule on Monday and Tuesday as they take part in the Houston Classic hosted by Southern Nazarene at the Golf Club of Houston (Par 72 – 6,945 Yards) in Humble, Texas.
 
The Buffs are ranked 24^th in the newest Clippd Division II Top-25 to open their spring schedule in Humble. A 15-team field at the Houston Classic features: Southern Nazarene, Oklahoma Christian, Harding, UAFS, Midwestern State, Central Oklahoma, Southern Arkansas, Cameron, Missouri-St. Louis, Mississippi College, Henderson State, DBU, Arkansas-Monticello, Washburn and West Texas A&M.
 
Monday will see the teams play 36 holes with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. followed by the final round on Tuesday morning. The Buffs will be paired with Cameron and Henderson State during the first two rounds.
