CANYON, Texas – For the 10^th consecutive year the West Texas A&M Lady Buffs are on top of the indoor track & field podium at the Lone Star Conference Indoor Championships following a dominating performance, registering 248 total points to claim the LSC Title.
 
Taylor Nelloms continued her dominance in the women's High Jump with a mark of 1.67m (5-5.75) to win the LSC Title, Eleonora Curtabbi picked up the LSC crown in the Mile with a time of 5:00.99 to win the event by close to five seconds.
 
Laiten Greeson followed up a fifth-place finish in the pentathlon with an LSC Championship in the women's 60m hurdles with a time of 8.70 to set a new personal best, Nelloms picked up her second LSC Title of the afternoon in the women's Triple Jump with a mark of 12.89m (42-3.5). Raquel Chavez continues to impress in the women's 800m as the sophomore from Los Lunas, New Mexico picked up the LSC Title with a time of 2:15.38.
 
Florance Uwajeneza proved why she is one of the top distance runners in the nation as the senior from St. Paul, Minnesota dominated the women's 3,000m with a time of 10:03.80 to win her second LSC Title in as many days. 
 
Leah Belfield continued to blaze her way atop of the record books as the junior picked up an LSC Title in the 60m with a time of 7.38 for the second fasted time in WT history followed by a new school record in the 200m (23.76) to break her own meet record set in Saturday's prelims.
