2024 Outdoor: Competed at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the Long Jump with a jump of 5.74m. Also competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the Long Jump (5.81m; 3rd place) and in the Triple Jump (11.46m; 9th place). Recorded a new personal best in the Triple Jump at the WT Spring Break Open with a 2nd place finish. Placed 1st in the Long Jump at the WT Spring Break Open with a jump of 5.81m. Received All-Region and Third-Team All-Conference honors

2024 Indoor: Competed in the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships in the Long Jump with a jump of 5.70m (3rd place) and in the Triple Jump with a jump of 11.04m (10th place)

2023 Outdoor: Recorded a personal best height in the Long Jump at the WT Last Chance Meet with a jump of 19’9.5” (6.03m). Also recorded a personal best jump in the Triple Jump with a jump of 37’8” (11.48m) at the Buffalo Invitational. Finished 5th in the Long Jump (18’9.75”) and 10th in the Triple Jump (36’7.5”) at the LSC Championships. Recorded a personal best time in the 400mH (1:05.89) at the WT Spring Break Open.

2023 Indoor: Recorded a personal best time in the 200m at the Texas Tech Open with a time of 26.18. Finished 5th in the Long Jump (18’7.75”) and 7th in the Triple Jump (37’0.5”) at the LSC Championships earning 3rd Team All-LSC Honors. 

2022 Indoor: Finished 1st in the Long Jump (17’9”) and 7th in the Triple Jump (34’9.75”) at the Crimson & Gold Invitational...

Randall High School: Competed in 4x100, 4x200, 300m hurdles, long jump and triple jump fo coaches Brent Satterwhite and Jenna Jesko...district champion long jump (2x), district champion,  300 hurdles (2x), 3rd regional long jump,  4x100 regional qualifier (3x) 4x200 regional qualifier (4x).. also played basketball...

Personal: Daughter of Grady and Kayla Benton...sibling to Kaison... plans to major in Sports and Exercise Science Pre PT...
