2024 Outdoor: NCAA DII National Championship in the 5,00m (16:33.00) and in the 10,000m (34:14.47) at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the 5,000m (17:04.66; 1st place) and in the 10,000m (37:05.97; 1st place). Recorded a new personal best in the 5,000m with a time of 16:00.14 (2nd place). Received All-Region, All-American, and First-Team All-Conference honors 
2024 Indoor:  National Champion at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 5000m with a time 16:05.17 and competed in the 3000m with a time of 9:27.29 (5th place). Also competed in the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 3000m with a 1st place time of 9:30.73 and in the 5000m with a 1st place time of 16:24.18. Placed 1st in the 5000m at the Crimson and Gold Invitational with a time of 16:17.95…placed 2nd in the 3000m at the Stan Scott Memorial with a time of 9:43.39…placed 3rd in the 3000m at the New Mexico Team Open with a time of 9:30.09. Earned USTFCCCA All-Region and 2x First-Team All-American honors

2023 Outdoor: Finished 4th in the 5000m (16:46.16) and 3rd in the 10,000m (35:18.93) at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships, earning 2x First Team All-America honors. Also finished 1st in the 5000m (17:17.80) and the 10,000m (36:37.07) at the LSC Outdoor Championships, earning a spot on the First Team All-LSC. Recorded a personal best time in the 10,000m (32:49.06) at the Bryan Clay Invitational, finishing 6th.

2023 Indoor: Finished 3rd in the 5000m with a personal best time of 16:06.06 and 5th in the 3000m (9:15.94) at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships, earning 2x First Team All-America honors. Recorded a personal best time in the 3000m at the Last Chance Indoor National Qualifier at BU with a time of 9:14.36, finishing 7th. Finished 1st in both the 3000m (10:03.80) and the 5000m (17:14.80) at the LSC Indoor Championships, earning First Team All-LSC honors. 

2022 Cross Country: Finished 1^st at the LSC Championship. Finished 5^th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship. Finished 1^st at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championship. Finished 2^nd at the Big Country XC Festival with a personal best time of 13:50.70 in the 4k. Finished 1^st at the Texas Tech Open. 

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete. 

2022 Indoor: Did not compete. 

2021 Cross Country: Finished 1st at the LSC Cross Country Championship. Finished 9th at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championship. Finished 3rd at the NCAA Division II South Central Region County Championship with a personal best time of 20:34.4 in the 6k. Finished 1st at the Missouri Southern Stampede with a personal best time of 6:43.6 in the 5k.

2021 Outdoor: Second Team All-American. Finished 10^th in the 10,000-meters at the NCAA DII Championships in a time of 34:45.59. First Team All-Lone Star Conference. Won the 5,000-meter and 10,000m titles at the LSC Championships. Ran 16:29.50 over 5,000m to win her heat at the Texas Relays and break the school record. Also broke the 10,000m school record running 34:24.70 at the Flames Invitational.  Ran 4:36.05 in the 1,500-meters at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi. USTFCCCA All-Region (5,000m, 10,000m).
 
2021 Indoor: First Team All-American. USTFCCCA South Central Track Athlete of the Year. Finished 2^nd in the 5,000-meters at the NCAA DII Championships with the fastest time in program and Lone Star Conference history, 16:10.32. Finished 4^th in the 3,000-meters in 9:23.44, another school record. Also anchored the distance medley relay to a 9^thplace finish 11:56.39, to pick up Second Team All-American honors. First Team All-LSC. LSC Outstanding Track Athlete. LSC Track Athlete of the Year. Won the mile, 3,000m, 5,000m and DMR at the LSC Championships breaking the championship record in the 5K. Became the first Lady Buff to break 5 minutes in the mile, 4:59.79, to win by more than 13 seconds. Won the 3,000m at the Texas Tech Shootout and Washburn Open. 
 
2020 Cross Country: All-Lone Star Conference. Won the individual title at the Lone Star Conference Championships covering the 6,000-meter course in 20:50.6. Also won the D2 XC National Invite in a time of 21:39.0. 

Iowa Central CC:  Uwanjeneza was a distance runner under head coach Dee Brown. Was part of the women’s cross country team that claimed three straight NJCAA Division I Championship titles. Was an eight-time NJCAA All-American, seven-time NJCAA Track & Field Individual Champion. Was the 2019 Midwest Region Indoor Track & Field Female Athlete of the Year.
 
Personal:  Daughter of Reniya Mukamusango and Gapira Habimana. Sister to Innocent, John, Response and Dina. Her brother Innocent also runs for WT. She plans to major in nursing at WT.
