Daniel Unger sits tied for seventh on the individual leaderboard following the opening day of the Oak Tree Invitational hosted by Oklahoma Christian at the Oak Tree Golf Club East Course (Pay 70 – 7,126 Yards).
The junior shot a 143 (+3) on Monday highlighted by a three-under 67 in the opening round as the Karlstad, Sweden product registered seven birdies on the day with four of those coming in the first round to go along with an eagle on the par-five 12
th hole.
The Buffs sit seventh on the team leaderboard with a pair of 299's in the first two rounds to sit at +38 (598). The host Eagles hold a nine stroke lead (573, +13) over Henderson State (+22, 582). Six players are tied atop of the individual leaderboard with a 141 (+1).
