SCOUTING TEXAS A&M INTERNATIONAL
The Dustdevils enter the contest after a 3-2 loss to UT Permian Basin. International led 2-1 with just over 20 minutes remaining but a pair of Falcons' goals in three minutes proved to be the difference maker. Lassana Diakite leads the Dustdevils with nine points on four goals and an assist while Takani Fairclough leads the team with three assists on the season. Robin Verhoeven has started all but one game in net for International, totaling 855 minutes. During that time, the junior goalkeeper has 46 saves and 16 goals allowed on 129 shots faced.

LAST TIME OUT
The Buffs secured their first conference win against UT Tyler on Wednesday. WT gained an early advantage off the boot of Keaton Hartman in the 7th minute. Hartman sliced a ball into the top corner of the goal after being left wide open in the box. A few minutes later, Giancarlo Saldana sent a rocket off UT Tyler goalkeeper Asier Vegas' hands and into the net. The Patriots cut the down in the second half, but Saldana's goal held up.

BUTCH LAUFFER
Butch Lauffer is in his 32nd season as head men's soccer coach at West Texas A&M University. As the longest tenured head coach in WT history, Lauffer has coached the men to 29 consecutive non-losing seasons and the women to 12-plus victories in 12 seasons.
