CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M's D'Jonte Davis, Sharif Mohammed and Dominic Murphy were honored for their efforts on the pitch on Tuesday afternoon as the league announced their annual postseason awards. The trio of Buffs were named to the All-LSC Third Team.
 
Murphy captained the Buffs in all 17 matches this season, registering 1,508 minutes on the pitch. The midfielder scored his lone goal of the season on September 20^th against Oklahoma Christian. 
 
Davis led the Buffaloes in goals (6) and points (14) as the junior from Prosper had 38 shots with 20 of them coming on goal with a game-winner in his 1,384 minutes during 17 matches. 
 
Mohammed saw time in all 17 matched with 12 starts for the Buffs during his sophomore campaign, tallying 923 minutes with 18 shots as eight of them came on goal.
 
Overall, 43 student-athletes were honored by the all-conference program, which also included a Second and Third Team. The awards are voted on by the league's head coaches.
