CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M's Eemeli Jarvinen and Harry Walch ended the Missouri Southern State Fall Invitational in style as they both shot in the red during Tuesday's final round at Shangri-La Country Club (Par-72, 6,876 Yards) in Monkey Island, Oklahoma.
 
Jarvinen shot a two-under (70) highlighted by five birdies while Walch shot a 71 (-1) with three feathers in the final round. The Buffs finished the day with 17 birdies as they shot a 293 (+5) to improve their overall score by six strokes from the second round and seven stroke from round one.
 
Oklahoma Christian shot an incredible 281 (-7) on Tuesday to overcome a 15-shot deficit and tie Hutchinson CC (864, E) atop of the team leaderboard. OC's Mateo Puicini and Harry Crockett of Hutchinson CC finished tied atop of the individual leaderboard with a 213 (-3).
 
The Buffs return to action next Monday and Tuesday as they host the 2021 Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational at Amarillo Country Club.
