CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M's
Pablo Rebolleda fired a 148 (+4) during his first collegiate rounds on Monday afternoon as the Buffs sit in 13
th on the team leaderboard following the opening two rounds of The Writz at Mile High at Bear Creek Golf Club (Par 72 – 6,966 Yards) in Lakewood, Colorado.
The Leon, Spain native registered six birdies and an eagle on the 617 yard par-five opening hole during the second round to finish Monday with a 148 (+4). WT finished opening day with 20 feathers including 13 in the second round highlighted by five from
Eemeli Jarvinen in round two.
Midwestern State and Colorado Christian are tied atop of the team leaderboard with an even-par 576 followed by Colorado State-Pueblo in third six shots back (582). Matteo Polla of Regis fired rounds of 67 and 72 to sit alone atop of the scoreboard with a 139 (-5) followed by Jamie Roberts (140, -4) of CSU-Pueblo.
Tuesday's final round will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. CT.
