CANYON, Texas – Head coach Kristen Mattio and her staff are excited to announce the dates and times for the 2019 Lady Buff Basketball Summer Camps being held at the First United Bank Center on the campus of West Texas A&M. WT Basketball Summer Camps are a great opportunity for all ages to learn from the defending Lone Star Conference Champion Lady Buffs.
 
Online registration is highly recommended for each camp and attendees are asking to bring their own equipment. Campers will be housed in one of WTAMU's air-conditioned residence halls. Adult counselors will be assigned to each floor to maintain an atmosphere of comfort and security. Campers attending overnight session are asked to see the camp brochure for more information and additional items to bring.

Elite Position Camp (May 30-31)
The emphasis of the Elite Position Camp is to teach and fine tune advanced fundamental skills of all players. The tempo of this camp will be fast-paced and extremely competitive. The Elite Position Camp is designed for the serious minded player who aspires to reach her highest potential.
 
Lady Buff Shooting Academy (Session I: June 4-5  -  Session II: July 15-16)
The Lady Buff Shooting Academy emphasizes technique, footwork, competitive shooting drills, shooting off the dribble, shooting off the pass, free throw shooting, and post/perimeter shooting. The nationally recognized Lady Buff players and coaching staff consistently boast one of the highest shooting percentages in the country every year. Each session is limited to 40 players.
 
Lady Buff Complete Skills Academy (June 6-7)
The Lady Buff Complete Skills Academy helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine essential basketball skills and develop their skill set at the point guard, wing or post position. This camp is limited to 40 players to allow maximum instruction for each individual.
 
Lil' Dribblers Day Camp (July 17-18)
WT Basketball Lil' Dribbler Day Camp Daily provides fundamental instruction and individual attention for each camper including station work: defense, ball handling, shooting, guard play, post play, rebounding, screening and passing.
 
Lady Buff Basketball Team Camp (June 14-16)
The highly anticipated Lady Buff Basketball Team Camp returns in 2019 as each team will play a minimum of six games at similar levels of competition while also competing in a two-minute tournament (game situations) and "Unleash Your Potential" Leadership Sessions.
