Final Results

AMARILLO, Texas – The West Texas A&M Buffs finished 13th as a team at the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational on Tuesday at the Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas.
 
The Buffs posted a three round total of 869 (+17). St. Mary's finished 1st as a team with a total of 836 (-16), with Emilio Gonzales finishing first with a three round score of 199. Midwestern finished second, with St. Edwards finishing two strokes behind them at third.
 
Freshman Diego Garcia stayed consistent, scoring 71 each round ending even par with a score of 213. Garcia finished at 19th, moving up seven spots from Monday. Eemeli Jarvinen finished 38th, with a total of 218 (+5), followed by Brayden Cruth and Michael Hodson finishing at 43rd with a total of 219 (+6). Mitchell Downing finished 63rd, with a total score of 226 (+13).
 
The Buffs will travel to Albuquerque, N.M. on Oct. 1st for the WNMU Fall Intercollegiate at UNM Golf Course.
