Abby Spurgin who scored a career-high 21 points as the sophomore went 9-of-15 from the floor and 3-of-4 from the charity stripe followed by
Tyesha Taylor,
Megan Gamble and
Lexy Hightower with 12 points each.
- Â Jordyn Lewis led the way for the Cowgirls with 17 points as the senior went 5-of-14 from the floor and 3-of-9 from behind the arc followed by Allyah George with 15 points to go along with 10 rebounds for the double-double.

FIRST HALF:
- The Lady Buffs went 21-of-31 (67.7%) from the floor including 6-of-14 (42.9%) from behind the arc and 5-of-10 (50%) from the free throw line with 17 rebounds (two offensive, 15 defensive), 17 assists, seven turnovers, one block and six steals.
- New Mexico Highlands finished the first half going 11-of-29 (37.9%) from the floor including 5-of-10 (50%) from deep and 1-of-2 (50%) from the free throw line with 12 rebounds (four offensive, eight defensive), eight assists, 13 turnovers, no blocks and two steals.
SECOND HALF:
- WT finished the game going 41-of-67 (61.2%) from the floor including 9-of-25 (36%) from deep and 9-of-18 (50%) from the free throw line with 39 total rebounds (nine offensive, 30 defensive), 31 assists, 16 turnovers, 13 steals and one blocks in the win.
