At Sam Houston State:
Dollar spent the 2021-22 campaign at Sam Houston State in Huntsville, Texas as she saw time in 24 games for the Bearkats. The 6'0 forward went 11-of-32 (34.4%) from the floor including 2-of-4 (50%) from deep and 5-of-6 (83.3%) from the free throw line to average 1.2 points per contest to go along with 39 rebounds (nine offensive, 30 defensive), five assists, three blocks and six steals.

2020-21:
The Lubbock product saw time in all 21 contests for the Lady Buffs with three starts. Dollar averaged 21.7 minutes per game as she went 55-of-119 (46.2%) from the floor including 5-of-22 (22.7%) from behind the arc and 47-of-62 (75.8%) from the charity stripe to average 7.7 points per game to go along with 117 rebounds (23 offensive, 93 defensive), 30 assists, 18 blocks and 27 steals. She was named the Lone Star Conference Sixth Woman of the Year for the second consecutive season.

2019-20:
Dollar was a force on the court for the Lady Buffs during her sophomore campaign in 2019-20 as she saw time in all 33 contests with eight starts. The Lubbock product went 106-of-208 (51%) from the floor including 6-of-20 (30%) from behind the arc and 97-of-136 (71.3%) from the charity stripe to average 9.5 points per contest which ranked third on the team. Dollar registered 58 assists, 33 steals and 12 blocks to go along with 192 rebounds (51 offensive, 141 defensive) to average 5.8 per game. Dollar picked up Honorable Mention All-Lone Star Conference honors while also being tabbed the league's inaugural Sixth Woman of the Year.

2018-19:
Dollar was a standout on the hardwood for the Lady Buffs during her true-freshman campaign in 2018-19 as she saw time in all 33 contests. She registered 444 minutes (13.5/game) as the Lubbock product went 42-of-79 (53.2%) from the floor including 1-of-7 (14.3%) from deep and 35-of-68 (51.5%) from the charity stripe with 129 rebounds (27 offensive, 102 defensive), 29 assists, 11 blocks and 20 steals while scoring 120 points for an average of 3.6 per game.

At Monterey High School:
Dollar came to Canyon from Monterey High School in Lubbock, Texas where she played in the paint for the Plainsmen under head coach Jill Schneider. She was a TGCA All-State selection during her senior campaign while earning District Defensive Player of the Year honors and First Team All-District accolades. She was named the District Defensive Player of the Year during her junior campaign as well. Also lettered in track for four seasons at MHS while excelling in the classroom as a member of the National Honor Society.
