ROCKWALL, Texas – Four West Texas A&M women's golfers were honored by the Lone Star Conference on Sunday night at the Lone Star Conference Championship banquet at the Rockwall Golf & Athletic Club.
 
Sarah Reed and Gam Songprasert represented WT on the conference's First Team. Reed posted five top 10 finishes this season with a 73.9 adjusted scoring average and is the No. 48-ranked individual in Division II according to Clippd. Songprasert placed in the top 10 in eight times with a win at the WT West Regional Preview. This season, the senior holds a 72.3 adjusted scoring average and is the No. 18-ranked individual in Division II.
 
Anna Nomrowski picked up her second Lone Star Conference honor after earning a spot on the Second Team. After joining the Lady Buffs in the spring, Nomrowski finished in the top 20 in four of her five tournaments with a second-place finish at the RJGA Palm Valley Classic in Goodyear, Ariz.
 
Antonella Periotti Omisolo placed on the LSC's All-Academic team. The senior from Cordoba, Argentina boasts a perfect 4.00 GPA. Periotti Omisolo becomes a three-time All-Academic honoree with three top-20 finishes including a fourth-place finish at the MSU Invitational.
 
The tournament begins on Monday, April 21 with 36 holes followed by the final round on Tuesday. The top four teams from stroke play will advance to medal match play on Tuesday afternoon and the championship match on Wednesday morning.
