Reed Finishes Tied for 14th at the NCAA Regional Preview

CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M's Sarah Reed fired rounds of 75 and 77 for a 152 (+10) to finish tied for 14th at the NCAA Regional Preview at Pueblo Country Club (Par 71 – 5,981 Yards) in Pueblo, Colorado.
 
The Lady Buffs registered consecutive rounds of 317 (+33) to finish 16th on the team leaderboard. Dallas Baptist claimed a 26-stroke victory (584, +16) over Cal State Los Angeles (+42, 610) to win the tournament title. DBU's Madison Ude shot an even par 142 for a two-stroke win over Avery Foster of Cal State San Marcos (144, +2).
 
Reed finished the 36-hole tournament with seven birdies as the junior from Midland had four feathers in Tuesday's final round. The Lady Buffs finished the event with the third best scoring average (4.46) on par fours as they had 13 birdies as a team.
 
The Lady Buffs return to the course in 2026 as they compete in the Texas State Invitational on February 2-3 at Landa Park Golf Club in New Braunfels, Texas.
