CANYON. Texas – Vice President of Athletics Doug Lipinski has announced the elevation of three veteran administrators within the West Texas A&M Athletics office.

Kimberly Dudley will now serve as the department's Associate Athletic Director & Chief of Staff. Casey Lish has been elevated to Deputy Director of Athletic for Administration and Luke Kasper is now the Associate Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and Performance.

"I'm excited for Kimberly, Casey and Luke to lead areas that have impact on our operation. Through their leadership they will make a positive impact on our student-athlete experience" said Lipinski.

Dudley is one of the longest tenured athletic department staff members. She has 20 years of collegiate coaching experience as well as eight years in athletic administration. While coaching, Dudley led her athletes to four NCAA Division II national appearances, 2008, 2012, 2013 and 2014. During this stretch, the team won Lone Star Conference Championships in 2012 and 2013.

Lish is now in his 12th year at West Texas A&M University, including his ninth in athletic administration. Lish has worked his way through the ranks of athletic administration, serving multiple roles for the department. The Pocatello, Idaho, native came to WT as a baseball student-athlete after transferring from College of Southern Idaho. Lish spent three years as an assistant for the Buffs, during his time as a coach he was part of the 2014 team that went to the program's first ever NCAA Regional Tournament.

Kasper is in his ninth year at West Texas A&M after joining the staff as an assistant athletic trainer and lecturer for the Sports & Exercise Science department, he was promoted to Director of Sports Medicine in July of 2017. Kasper is the main athletic trainer for the Buff and Lady Buff basketball programs. He also teaches Athletic Training classes in WT's Sports and Exercise Science program.
