BOULDER CREEK, Nev. – The West Texas A&M women's golf team finished the UMSL National Preview at the Boulder Creek Golf Club in seventh place in a competitive 14-team field. Cal State San Marcos (-34, 830) held on to win the event by one stroke over Dallas Baptist while UT Tyler's Arnie Taguines claimed the individual title with a score of 16-under par (200).
 
Gam Songprasert led the Lady Buff lineup, finishing tied for 17^th at three-under (213) while Sarah Reed followed in a tie for 25^th with a score of even-par (216). Antonella Periotti Omisolo shot five-over (221) in the tournament to tie for 38^th. Kara Holm closed out the tournament in 47^th with her score of eight-over (224) while Charlee Thacker finished tied for 49^th at 10-over (226).
 
WT wraps up its fall schedule on Oct. 21-22 with the Midwestern State Invitational at the Wichita Falls Country Club.
