Women's Golf Signs Logan Culpepper

CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M women's golf coach Meredith Jameson announced the signing of local product Logan Culpepper on Thursday. Culpepper attended nearby Bushland High School where she was a multi-sport athlete for the Falcons.

"I am thrilled to add Logan to our roster, as the best 2023 graduate in the Texas Panhandle," said Jameson. "She is an incredible athlete and will thrive here at WT as she shifts her focus to just golf, after an illustrious multi-sport career at Bushland High School."

During her high school career, Culpepper competed at three UIL state tournaments, ending each tournament inside the top 10. This year Culpepper helped her team to a sixth-place finish at state while finishing eighth individually. Leading up to this year's state tournament, Culpepper fired a personal low 65 at the 3A regional tournament.

The Lady Buffs are coming off a successful 2022-23 campaign in which they registered six victories including the program's second Lone Star Conference title and an appearance in the medal match round of the NCAA Championship.
