LUBBOCK, Texas – West Texas A&M added another strong performance to their season at the Texas Tech Open as the No. 24 Buffs scored 101 points to finish fourth in Lubbock.  WT was the top Division II program at the meet finishing behind New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas Tech. 
 
Innocent Murwanashyaka was the top performer for the Buffs as the senior finished 11^th.  He covered the 8,000-meter course in 25 minutes, 22.6 seconds.  Butare Rugenerwa followed just one second behind his teammate in 12^th, running 25:23.8. 
 
Harry Louradour was the third Buff to finish in the Top 20 with a time of 25:39.5 while Noah Bundrock and Calvin Allen were the final scorers for WT in 34^th and 35^th. 
 
Adrian Legarreta finished 54^th on Saturday followed by freshman Ruben Denson in 57^th. 
 
WT returns to action on Oct. 1 when the compete in the Live in Lou Classic in Louisville, Ky.
