- NCBWA Top-25 Poll
CANYON, Texas – The West Texas A&M Buffaloes have moved up one spot to second in the newest edition of the National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association (NCBWA) Division II Top-25 Poll announced on Wednesday afternoon.

Defending National Champion Wingate (14-1) picked up 13 of the possible 19 first place votes for a total of 464 points followed by West Texas A&M (three first place, 442), Tampa (three first place, 439), Nova Southeastern (412), Point Loma (396), Henderson State (384), Trevecca Nazarene (345), Southern Arkansas (332), Columbus State (326) and Colorado Mesa (305) to round out the top ten.

The Buffs continue Lone Star Conference action this weekend as they host the UT Tyler Patriots in a four-game series beginning on Friday night at 7 p.m. at Wilder Park in Canyon.
