Kory Schmidt and
Kyle Micklus were honored for their efforts on the diamond as the trio of seniors were named All-South Central Region by the National Collegiate Baseball Writer's Association as well as the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association.

Schmidt was named to the D2CCA First Team as well as the NCBWA Second Team, Fesperman claimed Second Team Honors from the NCBWA while Micklus was a D2CCA Second Team honoree. Schmidt now moves onto the D2CCA All-American ballot.

Fesperman claimed First Team All-LSC honors for the second straight season as the senior led the Buffs with a .382 batting average as he registered 13 doubles, five triples and 12 homeruns to drive in a team-best 62 RBI for a slugging percentage of .699. The Phoenix product tied an NCAA DII Record with 13 RBI back on February 28th while hitting for the cycle on March 16th.

Schmidt earned All-LSC Second Team accolades as the Liberty Hil native hit .374 during his 46 contests with 17 doubles, two triples and nine homeruns to drive in 59 RBI with a slugging percentage of .655. The senior split time between designated hitter, first base and behind the plate as he registered 18 multi-hit performances while driving in at least two runs on a team-best 16 occasions.

Micklus was an All-LSC Second Team selection as the senior from Waller, Texas hit .374 with 14 doubles, two triples and a team-best 15 homeruns to drive in 52 RBI for a slugging percentage of .743 as he hit for the cycle on February 23rd. Micklus proved himself as one of the best catchers in Division II Baseball, registering a fielding percentage of .990 with 270 putouts and 23 assists on 296 chances.
