CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M men's soccer head coach
Butch Lauffer is set to speak at the Texas Association of Soccer Coaches (TASCO) Fall Convention on Nov. 17-19 in Galveston, Texas.
As the longest tenured head coach in WT history, Lauffer has coached the men to 30 consecutive non-losing seasons and the women to 12-plus victories in 12 seasons. Lauffer has recorded a 370-165-49 (.678) record at the helm of the Buffs with a 559-232-66 (.691) overall record at WT.
Lauffer is scheduled to present on Friday, Nov. 18 in the exhibit halls at Moody Gardens. The Buffs' head coach will talk on creating a winning and team culture. On Saturday, Lauffer is scheduled to help with a field session.
