Brandon Blair continues to be acknowledged for his efforts in the classroom as the running back was named to the College Sports Information Directors Association (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Team announced on Thursday morning.

The Spring, Texas native earned the honor for the second straight season as he moves onto the ballot for Academic All-America acclaim which he also received last season. Blair finished his senior campaign with 48 carries for 263 yards and two touchdowns to go along with seven catches for 87 yards and a score as WT won their last three contests of the season to finish 7-4 overall.

Blair finished his career in Maroon & White seeing time in 27 games, totaling 994 yards on the ground and 194 thru the air for 1,188 all-purpose yards and 13 touchdowns. He is one of just 10 student-athlete in Buffalo Football history to be named an Academic All-American.
