Biography

2020: Rushed for a team-high three touchdowns while ranking second on the team in rush yards. Carried the ball 36 times for 243 yards and three touchdowns. Also had four receptions for 32 yards and four punt returns for 33 yards. Ran for a season-high 115 yards on six carries in the season opener against Oklahoma Panhandle State. Rushed for two scores in WT’s 56-0 victory over North American. Had a season-high eight carries against Angelo State on Oct. 24. 

2019: Recorded 11 carries for 50 yards and a touchdown in the inaugural game at Buffalo Stadium before suffering a season-ending injury. 

2018: Appeared in all 11 games including starts in the final three games at running back where he finished with 313 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns on 54 carries to go a long with 8 receptions for 63 yards. In the final two games of the season, the sophomore ran for a total of 278 yards on 42 carries and four touchdowns. He scored the final touchdown for WT at Kimbrough Memorial Stadium with less than two minutes remaining to give the Buffs a 35-31 lead and to cap off a 182-yard, 3 touchdown performance. Also rushed for 96 yards and a touchdown in the season finale against MSU Texas. Had a season-high 3 receptions for 28 yards against Texas A&M-Commerce. Blair was also a force on special teams finishing with 9 tackles (2 solo, 7 assisted) and returning a blocked punt. He had a season-high 4 tackles against Tarleton.

2017: Played in ten games with three starts. Ranked third on the team in rushing yards with 139. Had 38 carries for 139 yards and two rushing touchdowns as a freshman. Caught five balls for 11 yards out of the backfield. Had a season-high 11 rushes for 37 yards and a touchdown at Tarleton State (9/23), while catching two passes for three yards. Recorded his second rushing touchdown against Western New Mexico (11/11) on two carries for 26 yards and had a season-high 27-yard run in the game. Recorded two total tackles with one solo stop.

Klein Oak High School: Blair finished his high school career with back-to-back 1,000 yard rushing seasons. He rushed for 1,252 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior including five games with 100+ yards on the grounf. He rushed for 1,021 yards while passing for 1,118 more as a quarterback during his junior campaign. Named Newcomer of the District. Earned second team all-district honors. District Offensive MVP, second team all-Houston and helped lead his team to the state quarterfinal round. A member of National Honor Society and DECA. Also competed in track.

Personal: Born Jan. 16, 1999. Parents are Amy Udelson and Brian Blair. Has six siblings. Plans on majoring in business at WT.
