thLone Star Conference Championship while finishing the month of February unbeaten with a 59-47 win over the Texas Woman's Pioneers at Kitty Magee Arena in Denton, Texas.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Lady Buffs were led offensively by
Lexy Hightower who went 9-of-18 from the floor including 6-of-9 from behind the arc to finish the night with a game-high 24 points,
Deleyah Harris grabbed 10 rebounds to lead all players while
Megan Gamble dished out four assists in the win.
- Carissa Moody led the way for the Pioneers as she went 6-of-10 from the floor and 4-of-5 from the free throw line to score 17 points followed by Ma'K'La Woods with 11, Moody grabbed a team-high seven rebounds to go along with one block and three steals while KJ Statsny dished out four assists on the night.

- The Lady Buffs finished the first half going 13-of-29 (44.8%) from the floor including 5-of-12 (41.7%) from deep and a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line with 12 rebounds (three offensive, nine defensive), eight assists, five turnovers, no blocks and three steals.
- Texas Woman's went 11-of-22 (50%) from the floor including 1-of-4 (25%) from deep and 6-of-6 from the charity stripe with 15 rebounds (two offensive, 13 defensive), six assists, seven turnovers, two blocks and three steals.
SECOND HALF
- WT finished the game going 24-of-56 (42.9%) from the field including 9-of-22 (40.9%) from behind the arc and a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line with 35 rebounds (12 offensive, 23 defensive), 14 assists, 14 turnovers, no blocks and six steals in the win.
- The Pioneers went 17-of-43 (39.5%) from the floor including 2-of-6 (33.3%) from deep and 11-of-12 (91.7%) from the charity stripe with 24 rebounds (four offensive, 20 defensive), eight assists, 13 turnovers, three blocks and six steals.
