CANYON, TEXAS – West Texas A&M Women's Soccer has announced its schedule for the 2026 season. The Lady Buffs 18-match schedule features nine games at The Pitch. WT will host two preseason games prior to their season opener on August 27 against Western Colorado which will also be their home opener. The Lady Buffs begin conference play on September 9 with a road match against Lubbock Christian.
 
Preseason play for the Lady Buffs starts on August 15 where they take on Southwest and then concludes on August 20 against Otero.
 
The regular season for WT will kick off with four non-conference games. The Lady Buffs will open with a pair of home games against Western Colorado on August 27 and then New Mexico Highlands on August 29. They wrap up the non-conference portion of their schedule with a trip to Colorado to face Adams State on September 3 and then Fort Lewis on September 5.
 
September 9 marks the beginning of Lone Star Conference play for West Texas A&M as they travel to Lubbock Christian. The Lady Buffs will then return home for a pair of games against last year's LSC Regular Season and Tournament Champion Dallas Baptist on September 12 and Texas Woman's on September 16.
 
After the two-game homestand, WT hits the road for three games as they battle against St. Edward's on September 19, Sul Ross State on September 26, and St. Mary's on September 30.
 
To start the month of October, the Lady Buffs open with a pair of games at The Pitch as face-off against Angelo State on October 3 and Midwestern State on October 7. The next two games will be on the road with a match against UT Tyler on October 10 and UT Permian Basin on October 14.
 
WT will play three of their final four games at home as they take on Eastern New Mexico on October 17 and Texas A&M International on October 21. A trip to UT Dallas on October 24 will be the final regular season road game while the regular season concludes at The Pitch against Oklahoma Christian on October 27.
 
The top eight teams in the LSC will reach the Conference Tournament with the top seed earning a bye. The LSC Tournament schedule is as follows:
 
First Round (Hosted by higher seed): October 30
Quarterfinals (Hosted by higher seed): November 2
Semifinals (Hosted by No. 1 seed): November 5
Championship (Hosted by No. 1 seed): November 8
 
West Texas A&M will also hold six theme days across their nine home games.
