CANYON, Texas – The Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M scored 48 second half points on Saturday afternoon as they picked up a come-from-behind victory over the St. Edward's Hilltoppers on Senior Day at the First United Bank Center during Lone Star Conference divisional crossover action.
 
Randi Harding led the way for the Lady Buffs as the junior guard from Mustang, Oklahoma went 5-of-11 from the floor including 1-of-3 from deep and 7-of-10 from the charity stripe for a game-high 18 points to go along with three boards and two assists. 
Taylor Haggan chipped in 12 points and five rebounds followed by 
Claire Graham with nine points and 
Hollie Stalder with eight.
 
The Lady Buffs finished the afternoon going 22-of-49 (44.9%) from the floor including 3-of-12 (25%) from behind the arc and 26-of-33 (78.8%) from the free throw line with 38 rebounds (nine offensive, 29 defensive), eight assists, 18 turnovers, four blocks and eight steals in the win.
 
The Hilltoppers were led offensively by Janiah Perkins who went 8-of-17 from the floor for a team-best 16 points to go along with four rebounds and four assists. SEU finished the game going 27-of-68 (39.7%) from the field including 3-of-17 (17.6%) from deep and 5-of-7 (71.4%) from the line with 34 rebounds, 12 assists, 16 turnovers, three blocks and 10 steals.
 
The Lady Buffs close out the regular season next Thursday night as they welcome the rival Greyhounds of Eastern New Mexico to the First United Bank Center with tipoff set for 5:30 p.m. in Canyon.
