Round 2 Results

WAIMEA, Hawaii – The West Texas A&M women's golf team wrapped up its fall schedule in the Dennis Rose Invitational hosted by Hawaii-Hilo. The Lady Buffs placed 11^th in the 16-team field with a score of 40-over, 616.

Gam Songprasert posted a top-10 finish in the final fall tournament after shooting a two-over par, 74 in the second round. With her even-par, 72 score from the first round, Songprasert finished the two-day tournament tied for seventh at two-over, 146. Alyssa Campbell, just two strokes off Songprasert, finished tied for 13^th.
 
Antonella Periotti Omisolo shaved five strokes off her first-round score to shoot a four-over, 76. Periotti Omisolo's score of 13-over, 157 placed the sophomore tied for 48^th. Rylie Cook also took five strokes off her score from the first day. Cook ended the tournament tied for 73^rd with a total score of 21-over, 165.
 
The Lady Buffs start the spring season on Feb. 6-7 with the Jack Brown Memorial Tournament hosted by Texas A&M International at the Laredo Country Club.
