CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M finishes their Arizona road trip on Monday and Tuesday as they host the WT Desert Invitational at Ventana Canyon Club (Par 72 – 5,802) in Tucson, Arizona.
The Lady Buffs are coming off a second-place finish at the Palm Valley Classic in Goodyear on Friday and Saturday.
Mia Hammerschmid claimed her first collegiate victory with rounds of 70 and 69 for a 139 (-5).

The 14-team field features: Hawaii Pacific, MSU Denver, Cal State Monterey Bay, Hawaii Hilo, Fort Lewis, New Mexico Junior College, Texas A&M International, Lubbock Christian, West Texas A&M, Angelo State, Westminster, Henderson State, CSU Pueblo and Cal State East Bay.
The Buffs will be paired with CSU Pueblo and New Mexico Junior College during the first two rounds starting on Monday at 3:00 p.m. CT. with a shotgun start.
