Saturday's match marks the 19
th meeting between the Buffs and Dustdevils with WT leading the series 10-6-2 and 6-1-1 while playing in Laredo. In their last meeting, TAMIU won 1-0 with a score in the final five minutes of the match.

Texas A&M International enters weekend play 4-6-1 (1-1-0 LSC) after falling to UT Permian Basin, 2-1, in overtime under 17

The Buffs moved to 18
th in the latest United Soccer Coaches Division II Men's Soccer Top-25 rankings. WT is one of two programs from the Lone Star Conference ranked in the national standings joined by Midwestern State at eighth.
REGIONAL RANKINGS
Midwestern State moved to first in the South Central Regional rankings at 9-1-0 followed by No. 12 Colorado Mesa, No. 18 WT, No. 25 Colorado School of Mines, CSU-Pueblo, St. Mary's, Regis, Lubbock Christian, Colorado Christian, and UCCS.
BUTCH LAUFFER
Butch Lauffer is in his 31st season as head men's soccer coach at West Texas A&M University. As the longest tenured head coach in WT history, Lauffer has coached the men to 29 consecutive non-losing seasons and the women to 12-plus victories in 12 seasons. Lauffer has recorded a 358-159-39 (.678) record at the helm of the Buffs with a 547-226-56 (.693) overall record at WT.
