Lucy Burke scored a career-high 17 points on Friday night as the #7 Lady Buffs moved to 3-0 on the season with an 84-73 South Central Region road win at Colorado School of Mines inside of Lockridge Arena in Golden, Colorado.

- West Texas A&M was led offensively by
Lucy Burke who went 6-of-11 from the floor including 5-of-11 from behind the arc for 17 points followed by
Tyesha Taylor with 16,
Deleyah Harris grabbed seven rebounds while
Megan Gamble dished out nine assists to go along with five steals.
- Anna Kollmorgen led the way for the Orediggers with a game-high 21 points as she went 9-of-17 from the field and 3-of-6 from deep followed by Denali Pinto with 16 points, Nicole Archambeau led all players with eight rebounds while Kollmorgen dished out five assists in the loss.
FIRST HALF:
- The Lady Buffs went 17-of-29 (58.6%) from the floor in the first half including 5-of-14 (35.7%) from deep and a perfect 8-of-8 from the charity stripe with 17 rebounds (three offensive, 14 defensive), 12 assists, seven turnovers, one block and six steals.
- Colorado School of Mines went 15-of-39 (38.5%) from the field in the opening half including 6-of-16 (37.5%) from behind the arc and a perfect 2-of-2 from the free throw line with 19 rebounds (10 offensive, nine defensive), eight assists, eight turnovers, no blocks and two steals.
SECOND HALF:
- WT finished the game going 27-of-53 (50.9%) from the floor including 12-of-24 (50%) from behind the arc and a perfect 18-of-18 from the free throw line to go along with 32 rebounds (six offensive, 26 defensive), 22 assists, 15 turnovers, one block and eight steals.
- The Orediggers went 29-of-72 (40.3%) from the field including 8-of-25 (32%) from deep and 7-of-9 (77.8%) from the free throw line with 37 rebounds (17 offensive, 20 defensive), 12 assists, 12 turnovers, one blocks and five steals on the night.
