CANYON, Texas – The West Texas A&M Lady Buffs hit just .151 as a team with 22 attack errors as the visiting Javelinas of Texas A&M-Kingsville rolled to a four set Lone Star Conference win (25-27, 22-25, 14-25) in front of over 400 fans at the WTAMU Fieldhouse "The Box" in Canyon on Friday night. The Lady Buffs fall to 15-13 (9-8 LSC) while the Javelinas improve to 22-8 (11-6 LSC) on the season.
 
The Lady Buffs were led offensively by Cori Haley with 12 kills on 46 swings with eight errors to hit .087 on the night followed by Taylor Kress with 11 and Elisa Bentsen with 10, Selena Batiste dished out 35 assists on the night while Kyli Schulz led WT with 13 digs followed by Lauren Britten with 12. WT registered 44 kills on 146 swings with 22 attack errors to hit .151 on the night with 42 assists, 54 digs and 8.5 total blocks.
 
Texas A&M-Kingsville was led by Krystal Faison with 16 kills on 47 swings with seven attack errors to hit .191 on the night followed by Ashley Bukowwki with 15 kills and Madison Brabham with 11. Casey Klobedans led all players with 51 assists while Krystal Puente tallied a match high 23 assists followed by Faison with 16 for a double-double. The Javelinas registered 64 kills on 161 swings with 30 attack errors to hit .211 on the night with 59 assists, 70 digs and eight total blocks in the win.
