2015 (Junior):
Schulz had another strong season for the Lady Buffs as a junior in 2016 as the Spring native saw time in 108 sets during 32 matches with three starts. She registered a pair of kills while dishing out 191 assists to go along with nine service aces, 166 digs and her first career block assists at Eastern New Mexico (Oct. 6).
2014 (Sophomore):
Schulz saw time in 110 sets during her 34 appearances for the Lady Buffs as a sophomore in 2014, registering 503 assists on 975 attempts to average 4.57 per set for a percentage of .516 while also having a strong season on the service line with 29 aces to average 0.26 per set to lead the team. Defensively, the Spring native registered 222 digs to average 2.02 per set for a total of 31 points in her 110 sets during the season. Schulz also excelled in the classroom, being named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semester.
2013 (Freshman):
Schulz had a strong true freshman campaign for the Lady Buffs in 2013, helping the team to the program’s 18th Lone Star Conference Championship along with the South Central Regional Title. She worked her way into the setting rotation as the freshman dished out 302 assists for an average of 2.25 per frame while also tallying 260 digs to go along with 22 service aces which ranked fifth on the team. The Spring native saw time in 134 sets during 39 matches with one start, she registered a 1.000 receiving percentage on three tries with an average of 0.16 service aces per set to go along with 1.94 digs per frame. She also excelled in the classroom, being named a member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll during the fall and spring semesters.
At Klein Oak High School:
Schulz had a successful four year prep career at Klein Oak HS (Texas) where she was the setter for the Panthers under the guidance of head coach Christie Mewis. She was a 1st Team All-District performer during her senior campaign while also serving as the team captain for two seasons. Schulz also excelled in the classroom, graduating Cum Laude and finishing in the Top 10% in her class while also picking up Academic All-State recognitions.
