The Bryan Clay Invitational is the largest collegiate meet in the United States. Held at Cougar Athletic Complex on the campus of Azusa Pacific University, the meet features 400+ universities sending 4,000+ athletes to the Azusa foothills during the three-day event.

TANGARA INVITED TO THE MT. SAC RELAYS
West Texas A&M freshman
Emiliia Tangara has been invited to participate in the 400m Hurdles at the Mt. Sac Relays being held at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, California. The Voronezh, Russia native currently holds the top spot in NCAA Division II with a mark of 56.41 during the Texas Relays back on April 1
st. Her race will take place on Saturday at 5:15 p.m. CT.Â

LONE STAR CONFERENCE WEEKLY HONORS

James Dadzie,
Oyeyoni Oyewale-Johnson and
Blessing Akintoye were honored for their efforts during the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi with Lone Star Conference weekly outdoor awards.

Dadzie won gold in the 200-meter (20.48), took third in the 100-meter (10.21) and was part of the runner-up 4x100-mter relay team (39.74) at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi in Canyon, Texas. The 200 time ranks third in all of NCAA Division II this season, while the relay mark is fourth. Dadzie already has the top 100 time in the country (10.05).

Oyewale-Johnson claimed victory in the triple jump at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi in Canyon, Texas. Oyewale-Johnson had a mark of 15.40 that is tied for sixth place in all of NCAA Division II this season and tops in the LSC.

Akintoye posted the 15th fastest 200-meter time in NCAA Division II history with a 22.95 at the at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi in Canyon, Texas. It was also a program record. Akintoye won the event, as well as the 400-meters (53.11). Her 400 time is fifth in the country this season. Akintoye was also a part of the 4x100-mter relay team that posted the 26th best time in the nation this season.
