CANYON, Texas – The #13 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M fell to the DBU Patriots during the semifinal round of the 2025 Lone Star Conference Women's Golf Medal Match Play at Rockwall Golf and Athletic Club (Par 72 – 5,896 Yards) in Rockwall, Texas.
Anna Nomrowski claimed the lone point of the day for the Lady Buffs as the German product carded a round of 71 (-1) for a one-stroke victory over Sidney Robertson of DBU, Nomrowski had three birdies on the afternoon on holes 4, 12 and 16.
The Lady Buffs registered 15 birdies during the semifinal round along with 57 pars, WT was second in scoring average on the par-3's (3.05) and the par-5's (4.70).
DBU advances to the championship round of Medal Match Play as they will take on the St. Mary's Rattlers.
The Lady Buffs turn their attention to preparation for the 2025 NCAA Division II Regional Championships on May 5-7 at the La Paloma Course at Tascosa Golf Club in Amarillo, Texas.
