CANYON, Texas – The Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M continued their road woes on Thursday night as they fell to the Cameron Aggies, 68-64 in Lone Star Conference divisional action at Aggie Gym in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Zamorye Roberts led the way offensively for the Lady Buffs as the senior from Portales went 7-of-16 from the floor including 3-of-7 from deep for a game-high 17 points to go alone with four rebounds and four assists.
Azia Himeur finished in double-figures as the sophomore went 3-of-10 from the floor and 2-of-7 from behind the arc for 10 points to go along with two boards, two assists and a block.

The Lady Buffs finished the night going 24-of-55 (43.6%) from the field including 6-of-26 (23.1%) from deep and 10-of-14 (71.4%) from the free throw line to go along with 31 rebounds (nine offensive, 22 defensive), 15 assists, 14 turnovers, four blocks and four steals.

Katie King paced the Aggie offense as she went 5-of-9 from the floor including 1-of-4 from deep and 3-of-4 from the line for a team-high 14 points to go along with two rebounds, six assists and three steals. The Aggies finished the game going 27-of-57 (47.4%) from the floor including 6-of-22 (27.3%) from behind the arc and 8-of-14 (87.1%) from the free throw line with 32 rebounds (nine offensive, 23 defensive), 16 assists, 12 turnovers, one block and 11 steals.

The Lady Buffs close out their four-game Lone Star Conference road swing on Saturday afternoon as they make their way to Wichita Falls, Texas to take on the Midwestern State Mustangs with tipoff set for 1 p.m. at D.L. Ligon Coliseum.
