LUBBOCK, Texas – The West Texas A&M Lady Buffs ran their win streak to four matches on Wednesday night as they topped the rival Lubbock Christian Lady Chaps in straight sets (25-19, 25-16, 25-15) during Lone Star Conference divisional action at the Rip Griffin Center in Lubbock.
 
WT was led offensively by Torrey Miller who finished the night with 12 kills on 31 attempts with just two attack errors to hit .323 on the night with one assists and 10 digs for her 17^th career double-double. Sadie Snay paced the Lady Buff offense with 27 assists to go along with four kills and six digs while Chandler Vogel led the way in the back row with 21 digs in the win.
 
The Lady Buffs finished the match with 36 kills on 101 swings with just nine attack errors to hit .267 on the night with 32 assists, three service aces, 52 digs and eight blocks. 
 
LCU was led by Jenna Lyons who finished the match with eight kills on 25 swings with seven attack errors to hit .040 on the night. Jalee Sims dished out 19 assists to go along with 11 digs for a double-double while Maddie DeGuire led the way defensively with 14 digs in the loss. The Lady Chaps registered 25 kills on 114 attempts with 30 attack errors to hit -0.044 on the night with 23 assists, three aces, 51 digs and four blocks.
 
The Lady Buffs hit the road for LSC action next week as they travel to Odessa, Texas to take on the UT Permian Basin Falcons with first serve set for 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday at the Falcon Dome.
