2021: Elliot helped the Lady Buffs to the program’s 16^th conference title with a sweep over St. Edward’s in the championship match… Helped the Lady Buffs to claim the 2021 NCAA DII South Central Championship title with a 3-2 victory over No. 3 MSU Denver leading to the program’s 14^th appearance in the NCAA Elite Eight…Appeared in all 31 matches for the Maroon & White playing in 99 sets… Offered 209 kills (2.11 kills/set) for WT with 10 assists and a team-high 35 service aces… Tallied 81 digs (.82 digs/set) with 92 total blocks for 295.5 points… Recorded a season-high 17 kills against St. Edward’s (10/9) while she had season-high nine blocks in the regional quarterfinals against Colorado School of Mines (12/2)… 

2020 (Played in Spring 2021):  Elliott saw action in 12 matches for the Lady Buffs, playing in 42 sets… She registered 91 kills averaging 2.17 per set for a .249 attack-percentage with a season-high 13 against Lubbock Christian (2/23)… Totaled 34 digs and 38 blocks including four solo… Was one-of-four Lady Buffs to earn All-Lone Star Conference honors…  Led the team with 14 service aces… 

2019: Elliott redshirted for the Lady Buffs during the 2019 campaign.

At Salt Lake City College: Elliott comes to Canyon following two seasons at Salt Lake City College where she was a two-time All-Region 18 selection as a middle blocker, earning Scenic West weekly honors for defense once this season. In two seasons with the Bruins, Elliott posted 203 blocks and 222 kills. Her 26 solo blocks in 2018 is good for third all-time in program history. 
 
At Elsinore High School: Elliott is originally from Lake Elsinore, California and went to Elsinore High School. She was a dual-sport athlete in high school lettering in both volleyball and track. Elliott was named Athlete of the Year in track in 2016 and 2017 and Defensive MVP in volleyball in 2017.
