Chandler Vogel finished the night with a career-high 31 digs but the Lady Buffs struggled offensively as they fell in five sets to the rival Greyhounds of Eastern New Mexico on Tuesday night in Portales, New Mexico.

The Lady Buffs registered 50 kills on 172 attempts with 30 errors to hit .116 with 39 assists, four service aces, 75 digs and six blocks. WT was led offensively by
Lindsey Smith with 15 kills on 34 swings with just one attack error to hit .412 on the night followed by
Selena Batiste and
Taylor Kress with eight kills each as Kress surpassed the 500 career kill milestone, Batiste registered another double-double with 22 assists and 12 digs while Vogel had a career-high 31 digs in the loss.
Eastern New Mexico finished the match with 53 kills on 169 swings with 27 attack errors to hit .154 as a team with 41 assists, five aces, 79 digs and 10 total blocks in the win. Jasmine Gannon had a career night for the Hounds as she tallied 19 kills with 17 digs for a double-double followed by Jennifer Martinez with eight kills, Kaitlyn Kluna dished out 24 assists to go along with 14 digs for a double-double while Alba Ontiveras led the way defensively with 25 digs.
