Callum Challinor played the hero on Thursday night as fellow senior
Troy Reeves found the Sedgefield, England native for a header in the 93
rd minute to give the #13 Buffs their third Regional Title in program history over the #25 Colorado Mesa Mavericks at Cougar Soccer Field in Azusa, California.

The two teams finished regulation with 17 total shots with 12 of those coming from the Buffs, WT put three shots on goal compared to a pair by the Mavericks.
Alexander Vencel was strong in goal again for the Buffs as the sophomore tallied a pair of saves in the first 90 minutes of play.

th goal of the season, his sixth game-winner, on a header from a deep ball from
Troy Reeves to send the Buffs to the NCAA Division II National Quarterfinals. Vencel was magical in goal for the Buffs, registering two saves for his ninth shutout of the season.
The Buffs set a new program record for wins in a season with their 17
th victory, passing the 1993, 1994 and 2001 squads.
