OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma – The Buffaloes of West Texas A&M started off a huge Heartland Conference road trip on a high-note on Thursday night as they rolled past the Eagles of Oklahoma Christian in league play at the Eagle Soccer Field in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Reece Schattle on a cross pass for the early 1-0 lead, Schattle struck again in the 23
rd minute as the senior from Plano finished off a one-on-one opportunity from six yards out to make it 2-0.
Julio Vargas added to the WT lead just six minutes later as the senior registered his league-leading 10
th goal of the season off a pass from Schattle to take a 3-0 lead into the half.
Stefan Andjelic added to the WT lead in the 50
th minute as
Callum Challinor found the sophomore for his first goal of the season from 12 yards out to extend the lead to 4-0. WT added another score in the 59
th minute as Andjelic found Schattle for his first career hat trick from 15 yards out to run the score to 5-0. That's more than
Alexander Vencel would need in goal as the sophomore picked up the win, registering four saves on seven shots faced.
