#4 Lady Buffs Remain Unbeaten in a 75-48 Road Win at UT Permian Basin

ODESSA, Texas – The #4 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M remained unbeaten on Tuesday night as they topped the Falcons of UT Permian Basin in front of over 200 fans at the Falcon Dome in Odessa, Texas during Lone Star Conference action.

- West Texas A&M was led offensively by Lexy Hightower who went 6-of-13 from the floor including 5-of-10 from behind the arc to score 17 points on the night followed by Deleyah Harris with 15 and Madison Parker with 12 points in the win.
- Sierra LaGrande led all players with 19 points on the night as she went 7-of-14 from the field including 5-of-9 from deep followed by Kristal Reid with 10 points while Nakedra Burke grabbed 10 rebounds.
 
FIRST HALF:
- The Lady Buffs went 12-of-25 (48%) from the floor including 3-of-7 (42.9%) from deep and 2-of-4 (50%) from the free throw line with 24 total rebounds (nine offensive, 15 defensive), 29 assists, 10 turnovers, five blocks and two steals.
- UTPB finished the opening half going 8-of-34 (23.5%) from the field including 4-of-10 (40%) from behind the arc and 1-of-2 (50%) from the charity stripe with 17 rebounds (11 offensive, six defensive), 21 assists, six turnovers, no blocks and six steals.
 
SECOND HALF:
- WT finished the game going 27-of-49 (55.1%) from the field including 7-of-17 (41.2%) from deep and 14-of-20 (70%) from the free throw line with 43 total rebounds (14 offensive, 29 defensive), 22 assists, 24 turnovers, eight blocks and six steals.
