2019 Outdoor: Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) Second Team All-American honors after running a leg on the 4x400 meter relay that finished 10thrunning 3:46.61. Also finished 14thin the 400 meters (56.16) and 15thin the 200 meters (24.61) at the NCAA DII Championships. Earned First Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after winning the 400 meters in the third-fastest time in program history (54.31) while being a part of the winning 4x400m relay. She also finished third in the 200m running 23.99 in the final. Finished second in the 200m at the West Texas A&M Last Chance in a seasonal best time of 24.34. 

2019 Indoor:Earned All-American in the 400-meters and 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Division II Indoor & Field Championships. She finished seventh in the 400m running 55.02 in the final after running 55.48 in the prelims while running a leg on the 4x400m relay that finished eighth. Finished second at the Lone Star Conference Championships running the second-fastest time in program history, 54.99, while finishing first as part of the 4x400m relay. Also finished third in the 200-meters running 24.56 in the prelims. Finished third in the 200m at the Crimson & Gold Invitational running 25.09. 

University of North Dakota: As a freshman in 2015, she finished fifth in the 400-meters at the 2015 USATF Junior Championships running 54.27 in the final to earn All-American honors. She also finished fourth in the Big Sky Championships in the 400m running 54.87 in the final. As a sophomore, she won the Big Sky title in the 400m in 54.36 which is the second-fastest time in UND history. She was also part of the 4x100-meter relay that broke the program record. During her junior season, she finished fourth at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships in both the 200m and 400m. Graduated from UND with a bachelor’s in business management.
 
Roseville Area High School: Graduated from Roseville Area High School in 2014 where she was a star on the track for the Raiders. She finished fourth in the 400-meters as a senior while also competing in the triple jump and 4x400-meter relay at the state meet. She was twice named the team’s most valuable player along with earning all-conference honors three times.
 
Personal: Plans on pursuing a master’s degree in business management at WT.
