2019 Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after finishing second in the hammer throw at the outdoor championships with a mark of 167-2 (50.96m). Also finished seventh in the discus (145-6/44.34m) and 10thin the shot put (40-3.25/12.27m). Broke the school record in the hammer throw with a toss of 174-6 (53.19m) at the WT Classic & Multi. Also recorded the second-best throw in the hammer at the WT Last Chance, 170-4 (51.92m). Finished third in the shot put at the WT Last Chance with a personal best mark of 43-2.25 (13.16m). 

2019 Indoor:Scored valuable points for the Lady Buffs as they won their sixth consecutive Lone Star Conference title. She finished fifth in the weight throw with a personal best mark of 53-3 (16.23m) while also finishing eighth in the shot put. She won the weight throw at the both the Power 5 and ASU Early Grizzly Open. She also finished second in the event at the ASU NCAA Qualifier with a toss of 48-6.25 (14.79m). 

2018 Outdoor: Scored in three different events at the Lone Star Conference Championships highlighted by a third-place finish in the shot put with a throw of 13.74-meters (45-1). Also finished fourth in the discus and sixth in the hammer throw. She won the hammer throw at the WT Last Chance with a seasonal best throw of 50.88m (166-11). Never finished worse than sixth in any event as a sophomore.
 
2018 Indoor: Finished sixth in the weight throw and seventh in the shot put at the Lone Star Conference Championships. She recorded three top-3 finishes in the shot put. Had a seasonal best performance in the discus throw at the Texas Tech Open with a throw of 14.97m (49-1.5).

2017 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the shot put and discus and ninth in the hammer throw at the Lone Star Conference Championships. Her mark of 42.74 meters (140-3) in the discus was a personal best. She set a personal best mark of 46.51 meters (152-7) in the hammer at the West Texas A&M Invitational which is the eighth best throw in school history. She also set a personal best in the shot put at the Wes Kittly Invitational with a throw of 13.21 meters (43-4.25).

2017 Indoor: Finished 10th in the shot put and weight throw at the Lone Star Conference Championships. She set a personal best during the weight throw competition with a mark of 14.25 meters (46-9). She had a personal best performance in the shot put at the Grizzly/Buffalo Clash to finish third with a throw of 12.80 meters (42-0).

2016 Outdoor: Finished ninth in the shot put at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a throw 40-9.5 (12.43m). She also finished 11th in the hammer and 13th in the discus at the LSC meet. She had personal best marks of 139-2 (42.41m) in the discus and 41-0.25 (12.50m) in the shot put at the Division II South Central Region Challenge.

2016 Indoor: Finished ninth in the shot put at the LSC Indoor Championships with a personal best mark of 12.15 meters. She also finished 19th in the weight throw in a personal best mark of 11.82 meters. Finished sixth in the shot put at the Grizzly-Buffalo Clash in a mark of 11.86 meters.

High School: Graduated from Pampa High School in 2014, where she competed in the discus, shot put and pole vault for the Harvesters. Williams was a three-time state qualifier in both the discus and shot put. Also lettered in volleyball, tennis, cheer and wrestling.

Personal: Born on September 17, 1996. Daughter of Jay Williams and Carrie Martinez. Has two siblings, Tyson and Janae. Majoring in athletic training at West Texas A&M.
