Also won the high jump at The Power 5 in Colorado Springs, Colo. with a mark of 5-4.5 (1.64m).
2018 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the high jump at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a clearance of 1.64-meters (5-4.5). Won the high jump at the WT Last Chance with a jump of 1.67m (5-5.75). Also won the event at the WT Classic & Multi with a clearance of 1.65m (5-5).
2018 Indoor: Finished sixth in the high jump at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a clearance of 1.62-meters (5-3.75). Recorded a pair of third-place finishes in the high jump at The Quad and ASU Early Grizzly Open.
2017 Outdoor: Finished ninth in the high jump at the Lone Star Conference Championships with a seasonal best clearance of 1.62 meters (5-3.75). She finished fourth in the high jump at the NMJC Ross Black Open with a clearance of 1.55 meters (5-1).
2016 Outdoor: Finished sixth at the Lone Star Conference Championships with an outdoor personal-best clearance of 5-4.5 (1.64m). She finished third at the WT Classic & Multi clearing 5-3.75 (1.62m).
2016 Indoor: Finished ninth in the high jump at the LSC Indoor Championships with a clearance of 1.60 meters. Set a personal best mark in the high jump at the Grizzly-Buffalo Clash with her clearance of 1.64 meters.
High School: Graduated from Breckenridge High School in 2015, where she competed in the 400m, 800m and high jump. Yarbrough was a three-time regional qualifier in the high jump while qualifying for the state meet once. She was a two-year district/area champ in the high jump. Personal best mark of 5’7”. Also lettered in volleyball, basketball and tennis.
Personal: Born on January 8, 1997. Daughter of Pat and Jeana Yarbrough. Has one sibling, Carri, who is also on the Lady Buffs track and field team. Majoring in biology at West Texas A&M.
